Common questions

How large does a district need to be?

No minimum. We work with districts from one campus to 40+. Pricing flexes with student and staff count for the entire suite, not per module.

What about FERPA compliance?

Respondent PII is structurally separated from response data through a token dissolution model. No identifiable data is ever stored alongside answers.

Can we use Spanish-language surveys?

Yes. All family and student instruments are available in both English and Spanish. Language is respondent-selected at survey open.

Do we need an IT team involved?

Our goal is to ensure a seamless process for you and working with your IT department ensures that. We work closely with IT for survey demographics and authentication is Google Workspace if available. If your district uses Google, staff can sign in with their existing credentials for seamless authentication.
